I cannot see a bookmarks toolbar in Firefox
That's an easy one:
1. Select the View menu
2. Then select the Toolbars sub-menu.
3. Inside check the Bookmarks Toolbar line with tick mark.

I cannot see a bookmarks bar in Safari
That's an easy one:
1. Select the View menu.
2. Then select Show Bookmarks Toolbar in the sub-menu. Done.

Step 1: The Favorite Links Toolbar
If not already activated: To activate the Links Toolbar in Internet Explorer, select the View menu and then select the Toolbars submenu and finally select Links. After selecting Links, you should see the Links toolbar right below the File Menu.
Step 2: Add the Fytch Toolbar Link
Right-click the Fytch Toolbar Icon on top of this page and choose Add to Favorites. You might be prompted for confirming a security dialogue - trust us and continue confirming Yes.
Step 3: Choose Link
Then select Link in the following dialogue - that's important.
Done. Ready for Fytching it!
Browse the Web as usual - click the "Fytch it!" bookmark in the Link Toolbar whenever you are keen on speaking your mind. Or if you want other people's comments on the stuff at the page you are at.
Before starting off, make sure you your Internet Explorer settings are adjusted properly - see below.
Enable 3rd-Party Cookies in Firefox (PC)
1. Select Tools from the main menu.
2. Choose Options.
3. Choose Privacy from the navigation.
4. Tick the check box next to Accept cookies from site.
5. Tick also the check box next to Accept third-party cookies.
6. Click OK.
Enable 3rd-Party Cookies in Firefox (Mac)
1. Select Firefox from the main menu.
2. Choose Preferences.
3. Select the Privacy icon in the pop-up dialogue.
4. Tick the check box next to Accept cookies from site.
5. Tick also the check box next to Accept third-party cookies.
6. Close the pop-up dialogue.

Enable 3rd-Party Cookies in Internet Explorer
1. Click Tools and select Internet Options.
2. Select the Privacy tab and click Advanced.
3. Tick the check box next to Override Automatic Cookie Handling
4. Tick the check box next to Always Allow Session Cookies.
5. Click OK and click OK again.
Enable 3rd-Party Cookies in Safari (PC)
1. Select Edit from the Safari menu.
2. Select Preferences.
3. Click on Security.
4. At Accept Cookies select the option Always.
5. Close the window.
Enable 3rd-Party Cookies in Safari (Mac)
1. Select Safari from the main menu.
2. Choose Preferences.
3. Select the Security icon in the pop-up dialogue.
4. At Accept Cookies select the option Always.
5. Close the pop-up dialogue.

Go Fytching!
Clicking the "Fytch it!" bookmark in your Firefox bookmarks toolbar
while visiting any Web site will launch the Fytch Toolbar.
