Selecting the right Partner
That's a brilliant question and I personally witnessed the very same miracle in sales. It's not the product and certainly not the brand name you are selling - it's a personal thing - and if you don't get it right you never make it. I know a couple of people being in very similar situations, where they made significant deals for a company and got a nice enough compensation - however if you see it in proportion to the value they generate for the company you have to realise that they are not well paid at all - and certainly not fair.So who about inventing a Black Scholes Model for fair sales compensation - I'm up for it
